Film is powerful way to showcase the work you do, explore an issue or tell a unique story. It can be particularly effective when the issues are complex or to engage people across cultures and languages.

We can help you refine your ideas, develop the script, coordinate interviews and location filming, and edit the final production.

We work with established film producers to develop our resources.

Changing Australia together

We wrote and produced this short video to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Australian Human Rights Commission in December 2016.

Over the past three decades, the Commission has played a vital role in helping shape a stronger, fairer and more inclusive Australia.

It has resolved more than 65,000 complaints of discrimination and conducted ground-breaking national inquiries on homeless children, mental illness, the stolen generations and children in detention.

It has been a leading voice for equality for women, people with disabilities, LGBTI people and people from all cultures and backgrounds.

This  video captures the tireless work of the Commission to make human rights a reality for everyone, everywhere, every day.

Preventing torture in places of detention

We coordinated filming in prisons, detention centres and other locations across the Asia Pacific region, as well as interviewed leading national and international experts. Produced for the Asia Pacific Forum, in partnership with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Association for the Prevention of Torture (2010).
